01Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using 3pointforward.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02Who we are
The Site is operated by 3 Point Forward, an applied-AI consulting firm based in Metro Detroit, Michigan (“we,” “us,” “our”).
03Using this site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
- scrape, harvest, or misuse content or contact details;
- use the Site to send spam or unlawful communications.
04Engagements & scope of work
The Site is informational. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement and scope of work (SOW) signed by both parties. Pricing, deliverables, timelines, and ownership terms are defined in that SOW, which controls if it conflicts with anything on the Site.
05Intellectual property
The Site, its content, branding, and the 3 Point Forward name and mark are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission. Tools we build for a client under an SOW are owned as that SOW specifies.
06Third-party links & services
The Site may link to third-party sites or reference third-party technologies. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
07Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any figures or examples shown are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Point Forward will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 3 Point Forward harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Michigan will have exclusive jurisdiction.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
