AI Designer

You design the interfaces for the AI tools and client sites we build, including chat, assistants and generated content that people can actually use.

What you’ll do

Design screens and flows for client websites, web apps and AI tools.
Design how chat, assistants and generated content look and behave, including loading, errors and edits.
Work inside our design system and extend it when a project needs something new.
Hand off designs our engineers can build without guessing.

What you need

UX and UI design experience on products that shipped.
Comfort designing for AI features such as chat, assistants and generated content.
Experience working in a design system.
A portfolio we can look through.

Machine Learning Engineer

You build and train the models behind our AI products, along with the data work that feeds them.

What you’ll do

Build, train and evaluate the models behind our AI products.
Design and run the databases and data pipelines those models depend on.
Build training corpora, write labeling guidelines and run annotation QA.
Work with design so model output is clear and usable.

What you need

Hands-on machine learning experience, from training to evaluation.
Database management, including SQL and data pipelines.
Corpus building and annotation, including labeling guidelines and annotation QA.
Enough UX sense to make model output usable.

Sales Lead

You bring in local businesses for the $25 a week ($100 a month) website plan and for our larger consulting work.

What you’ll do

Find and contact local businesses that need a website, a web app or better systems.
Run calls and in-person meetings across Metro Detroit.
Sign customers up for the $25 a week or $100 a month plan, and book a free call when the work is bigger.
Keep the CRM tidy, with every lead and next step logged.

What you need

A record of B2B or small-business sales.
Comfort on the phone and in person in Metro Detroit.
The habit of keeping a CRM up to date.

Marketing Lead

You run our own marketing, from local search to ads, and report what worked.

What you’ll do

Run our local search and our Google Business profile.
Plan our social posts and send our email.
Set up and manage our ads.
Report what worked and what we should stop doing.

What you need

Hands-on experience running campaigns for small businesses.
Strong writing for ads, posts and email.
The habit of measuring results and acting on them.
