Websites

Nearly everyone who looks you up does it on a phone. That is the screen we design for first, and the one these were built for. Every site here is live right now and you can open any of them.

Problems we see in this category.

Most of the businesses we build for did not have a bad website. They had a website that stopped matching the business two or three years ago, and nobody could change it without calling somebody.

The specific complaints are consistent. It looks wrong on a phone, which is where nearly all of the traffic is. The hours are out of date and the phone number goes to a line that was disconnected. Adding a product means emailing whoever built it and waiting a week. It was built on a platform whose monthly fee keeps rising and whose export, when you finally ask for it, turns out not to include much. And nobody can say whether it brings in any work, because nothing was ever measured.

None of that is a design problem. It is a problem of not owning the thing.

What it costs

Three sizes, priced before we start.

Fixed fee against a written scope. If the build runs long, that is ours to absorb. Anything not named in the scope is quoted separately and you decide before any work starts.

Web design

$750

Up to five pages, designed. About a week.

For a trade, a shop or a single-location service business that needs a site that looks right and works on a phone.

  • Up to five pages, built mobile-first
  • Your photography, colour and type, locked to a written contract so it stays consistent
  • Contact form that reaches a real inbox
  • Google Business, maps and click-to-call wired up
  • Analytics installed, so you can see whether it works
  • Search basics: titles, descriptions, sitemap, structured data
Site with an admin — most common

$2,450

Up to ten pages, plus a back office. Two to three weeks.

The size most businesses actually need: services, locations, about, contact, and somewhere to put news.

  • Everything in Launch
  • Up to ten pages, designed rather than templated
  • Booking or enquiry flow that fits how you actually take work
  • A place you can edit — hours, staff, services, posts — without calling us
  • Accessibility checked against WCAG AA, not assumed
  • An hour of training, and written procedure your staff keep
Business suite

From $6,500

Custom backend and operations. Four to six weeks.

When the site is part of how the business runs, not a brochure beside it. This is what Your Corner Store and Smoker’s Alley are.

  • Everything in Business
  • Product catalogue with your own images, processed and optimised
  • Admin console: products, staff, hours, posts, reviews
  • Multiple locations, each with its own stock and hours, on one system
  • Integrations where they exist — point of sale, review funnels, social posting
  • Migration off whatever you are on now, including the content worth keeping

Prices are for the build. Domains, stock photography and any third-party licence your site needs are passed through at cost with no margin added. Nothing on this page is a contractual commitment — the statement of work is, and you get it before you sign anything.

After it is live

Hosting and upkeep, if you want us to keep it.

Every site we build goes live on a Care plan. That is how it stays online, backed up and patched, and how you reach somebody when something breaks. Cancel whenever you like — the site is yours either way, and if you want to take it elsewhere we help you move it.

Care

$79 / month

  • Hosting, SSL and a domain you own
  • Nightly backups, and a restore we have actually tested
  • Uptime monitoring, and we find out before you do
  • Security and dependency updates
  • Thirty minutes of small edits a month
Care Plus

$149 / month

  • Everything in Care
  • Two hours of content and design changes a month
  • Seasonal updates — hours, promotions, new services
  • A monthly note on traffic and enquiries, in plain language
  • Same-day response on anything broken
Managed

$299 / month

  • Everything in Care Plus
  • Catalogue and inventory upkeep across locations
  • We watch the integrations and fix them when they drift
  • Five hours of development a month, which absorbs most requests
  • For storefronts where the site is part of the operation

Support is a separate written arrangement. It covers what that document names, it is not implied by the build, and it is not open-ended. Defects in work we delivered are fixed at no charge whether or not you are on a plan — charging to repair our own work is how a vendor stops being trusted.

How it goes

Four steps, and you see it early.

One — a call and a look. Half an hour. We go through the site you have, what it is costing you, and what the business actually needs it to do. You get our read whether or not you hire us.

Two — a written scope and a fixed price. Pages, features, timeline, fee, and what is explicitly not included. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.

Three — you see it on a real URL in the first week. Not a slide deck of a homepage. A site you can open on your phone and click through, updated as we go, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

Four — handover. It goes live, we train whoever is going to run it, and you get the logins and the code. On final payment you own it outright.

Why it is quick

We are not starting from a blank page.

The reason a custom site takes most agencies three months is that most of those three months is spent rebuilding the same foundations: the layout system, the components, the accessibility work, the colour decisions. We built ours once and we own it.

It is called Forge, our engineering arm built it, and it means every site starts with an accessible component system already in place and a colour palette that is checked against WCAG contrast rules rather than eyeballed. When we say your text passes contrast, it is because it was measured.

What that buys you is not a cheaper site. It is the same quality in three weeks instead of three months, and the difference shows up in the fee.

Frameworks and tooling we bring stay ours and are licensed to you as part of the build. Everything designed and written specifically for you is assigned to you on final payment. The full terms are in the services agreement, which you get before you sign anything.

Start with a look at what you have.

Send us your current site and we will tell you what is wrong with it — speed, mobile, search, accessibility, and whether anything is actually broken. Half an hour, no fee, and you keep the findings whether or not you hire us.

3 Point Forward

3 Point Forward does the business work: diagnosing what is actually wrong with an operation, planning the implementation, applied-AI consulting, training the staff who will run it, and managing the engagement.

SOPHIA XT does the engineering: custom business software, integrations, AI engineering, developer tooling and the research underneath it.

One company, two jobs. 3 Point Forward defines the operational problem and the implementation plan; SOPHIA XT builds what the plan needs. A company that already knows what it wants built can go straight to SOPHIA XT, and a company that needs the problem defined first should start at 3 Point Forward. Either door reaches the same team.
